So... cycling tomorrow!!!

Right, 100KM on bike I've cycled 8 on!!! This should be fun! Just about worked out the  Here's the course, it starts and finishes at Denbies wine estate which will be a good place to end! Hopefully I'll survive the cars (as much as the distance!) It seemed like a good idea at the time, but backing this onto a 32km run on Saturday maybe pushing it! It wouldn't feel right for me to not set a target! 4hrs 30 mins is the plan, and here's the route.

So hopefully I won't get lost, and not end up in a ditch... mainly as I have to give Henrik back his bike!!!
